Overview
At Lactation Circle, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned due to health, safety, or regulatory reasons.
Non-Returnable Items Include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, supplements)
- Intimate or sanitary items (e.g., nursing pads, breast pump parts once opened)
- Digital downloads (e.g., eBooks, courses, guides)
- Gift cards
- Health and personal care items marked as final sale
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.
Partial Refunds
In some situations, partial refunds may be granted if:
- A book or resource shows signs of use
- Sealed items (e.g., CDs, DVDs, software) have been opened
- An item is returned damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Recheck your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)
- Speak with your bank to confirm processing delays
If you’ve completed all the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us before sending it back.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return a product, please contact us first to receive the appropriate return address.
You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
